Turbo Ribs: foil or no foil?
Options
I want to try Turbos today.
The general consensus is 325-350 indirect.
Some only cook for 2 hours ish some foil after 2 hours and continue to cook.

In my limited experience doing turbo, 2 hours usually isn't enough for the ribs to pass the bend test, so I would then foil them with a little apple cider vinegar included.

350 for 90-100 minutes. No foil. Sauce the last 15 minutes if you want. I use loin back ribs.
