Ribeye filets

Reverse-seared some ribeye filets (that we cut from a whole ribeye) and finished with butter and parsley. Wife made sauteed spinach and roasted garlic-parmesan cauliflower to accompany 'em. Turned out great, if I say so myself.

@Griffin @Chris_Wang @Kosko: Here's the recipe for the cauliflower:Florets of 1 head cauliflower3 Tbsp. olive oil2 Tbsp. garlic, finely mincedSalt and pepper1/3 cup grated Parmesan1 Tbsp. chopped parsleyToss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt and pepper, and garlic. Place in a greased casserole and bake for 25 minutes at 450*F, stirring about halfway through. Top with Parmesan and parsley, and broil for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.[Northern] Virginia is for [meat] lovers.

Well, I'll be darned. Besides the parsley and a difference of 1 tbsp of olive oil, that's the same way we do ours. Gonna put that back on teh menu this week.
