Well I pulled the trigger and signed for Chris' competition class in November. Looking forward to learning from a competition pit master that cooks on BGE's and getting to visit the Dizzy Pig store.

I've wanted to take one of their classes for awhile just can't get the time - a little jealous! I do have to run over there tomorrow to get some stuff though so that's almost as fun.
