Decided to try my bagels on the egg today. Cooling her down from 450 for ribs hope it does not take long.
Make dough balls
After rise form to bagel for 2nd rise
After second rise boil for 1 min per side them top with sesame. On the egg 450 10 min or so per side
Finished not bad, will taste tmw....

Darn can't find the website I got it off now but it was a guy who posted it and had tons of feedback. I've uses it for past 3 yrs from memory.
Basics.
4 cups bread flour
1 tbsp sugar ( I mix with yeast)
1.5 cup water war with 2.25 tsp dry active yeast.
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt.
Mix and do the forming of balls. The rest of the info is on the net. Good luck
