injecting bone in pork butt
Options
If I inject my bone-in pork butts with maple syrup and then rub them at 8:00pm tonite and plan to start cooking them at 6:00 am on the 4th is that alright? So they'd be in the frig for apx. 20 hours with the rub and injection.
