Hey, I'm looking for suggestions. I've started this loin indirect at 300 degrees. How long will it take to cook?

    Assumptions:
    that's 300 deg dome
we're talking a boneless pork loin.
you are looking for something done around 145 deg

at 300 dome you are cooking 250-60 and inching up toward 275 assuming you hold 300 dome.  I'd bump it up to 350 dome and plan for about a 1.5-2.0 hour cook.  be sure to let the roast rest for 15 or 20 minutes before carving.

I would not want to cook this without a thermometer. much past 150 and a loin is very dry.
