Foil vs Buthchers Paper

Just wondering if using butchers paper would leave a firmer crisper bark than foil when doing FTC with pork butts?

Thanks

just putting it in the cooler softens the bark, if the butts timed right it doesnt need to go into the cooler. it only goes in the cooler here if its done too early or im bringing it somewhere

Chubbs or Cazzy one just did with paper and was happy with it.

    That was cazzy I believe.

I try not to put in a cooler. I try to plan it so it is coming off smoker when guests arrive then make them salivate at the smell and tell me how awesome it looks. Grab a beer and then have them stabd over me while I pull. Only had to FTC a few times and not as good IMO. Maybe my imagination.
