Western Ribs?

How to you all cook western ribs? I was going to cook at 275 indirect until 190 or so. They seem like cuts of pork butt with a bone.

If they are like bone-in country ribs Cooked 4 lbs bone in country ribs w/onions covered container 250F indirect 4 hours, maple smoke.

They look like boneless country ribs I usually but have the bone. The onions added sound good. May have to try that. Thanks.
