Careful when these two tell you to just jump in, the water might be fine but the after effects will put the biggest dent in your wallet besides a wife and children.
I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season. -

Thanks again everyone. Great site and lots of ideas to learn from.
Since pic are welcome here, below is a cook I did today. St Louis spares brushed with maple syrup for the last 20 minutes like I saw someone do on another site. They came out great served with homemade cornbread and sweet potato.
