Pork riblets help!

I am new to the big green egg style of cooking and I am going to attempt some pork riblets tomorrow. I can't seem to find any info on how to cook these. I think they must have another name for them? How long are they going to take? Should they be foil wrapped at all? Any help would be appreciated! So I thought I'd ask the experts! Thanks in advance! I will post pictures of my new table tomorrow in the table forum. It came out real good!

I've cooked riblets quite often and they're super simple.

Cook em direct @ 450-500. They will cook very quick so just get some good color, then flip and repeat.

Should take about 20-25 minutes. How thick are they?

They are pretty thin. Half an inch max maybe? I'd rather try to do them low and slow if possible. If they don't take long I suppose I can experiment in the morning.

I always do em hot a fast and they come out great. How slow are you talking about?

They are thin and fatty, don't know how much benefit doing em slow would do.
