Simmons College Graduation Party and Mothers Day - 2 Briskets and 2 hams

Good thing we got the XL.  We have many folks coming over today to celebrate mothers day of course and also my daughters college graduation.  Cooking 2 briskets overnight 1 Paleo recipe and 1 the Travis method.   Just put in 2 cooked hams to warm up.
