Chicken Drumstick suggestions

1st time cooking these on the Egg.  Suggestions on dry rub/marinade and grate temp.  I assume indirect?  Thanks

I do mine indirect at 350 degrees as high up in the dome as possible -- i have a three tiered grate and use the upper to levels -- they crisp up nicely.  Pull them around 185 degrees internal.  Only either S&P or poultry seasoning..

I just rub them with my favorite chicken rub mixed with cornstarch (70/30 ratio) to crisp up the skin, fire up the Egg to 400 degrees direct with cherry wood. Place the AR in the Egg and cook them high in the dome until done. Perfect every time.

Winnah, winnah, chicken dinnah. That is the best way.

IMHO seasoning is a matter of preference.  I prefer the DP seasonings or anything with a little zip to it.  Chicken on the bone is a hands down favorite of mine on the egg.  I prefer lower, and slower but always raised in the dome.  I have done 225 for 90 min to 2 hours, but 275 is a good bet.  I really enjoy when the collagen breaks down and the meat is still juicy, while almost falling off the bone.  Experiment with it and have fun!  As long as you don't serve it under, you can't really go wrong.  Here are a couple of pics-

Sounds like I need to get something to raise my grate. Thanks for all the advice!

Try marinating.  I like Allego Hot and Spicy or Dichkos Garlic.
