I'd love to know how your first cook with them goes.  Interesting concept.

Looks thin enough to be able to close dome.

Saw these at Sur La Table while looking for a leg/wing rack. Sometimes veggies on a stick rotate when you attempt to turn them over, takes time to get it right. For the egg, where you want to get the dome up, food moved and dome down as quickly as possible, these might be a good idea.
