Real nice. Beef ribs are outstanding.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Just left them alone cooking indirect the whole time? About how long did it take?
Was there water in that drip pan?...or something else? It looks way too full at the end to have started out empty.
I've been wanting to try beef ribs. Did those start out as individual ribs, or did you slice them apart before cooking?

Ummm, yummm, dino bones! For difficulty, brisket get major points, but as far as I'm concerned, those are the bestest of the best.

Beef ribs always give me a hard time!!

They were individual ribs. I just used water in the drip pan. About 5 hours, and I did wrap in foil and vent last couple of hours.
