    For burgers...I always try to use 80/20 chuck cause I want them to stay together.  I also think the extra fat adds some good flavor.  It's a burger, it always taste better when it's bad for you.   :P

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
