Found a nice ribeye roast at Costco and sliced into three steaks

the veggies (fingerling taters, mushrooms, tomatoes and pepper) on the small @425

Steak on the mini @325

IT hit 93 and cranked up the mini

Ribeye and potato/veggies look incredible! Awesome execution! In regards to buying a ribeye roast, then splitting it up...is that cheaper?

cazzy,At Costco probably not much cheaper than buying the precut. I like buying the roast cause I can define the size of the cut.
