It's a miracle! Self healing Egg

Haven't used the Egg since my pizza disaster last weekend. Here's picture of the cracked Egg

So I went to check it today - first chance I've had since it cooled due to work. I rubbed across and a lot of soot wiped off. As bad as it looked, I couldn't feel a thing. No crack felt. So I did a clean burn, brushed off the inside of the top, and am left with this:

A much smaller crack, and I can't feel a thing - it's smooth as can be. Something I should worry about?

I think eventually it will most likely crack more do to heating and cooling .but i'd still cook on it and get the dome replace with the warranty

I agree. Can't really find the crack from months ago; but I have the pics for evidence.

My base is cracked got a replacement but yet to swap. Still cooking on it.

The crack probably gets more or less prominent depending on how hot it is. Make use of the warranty and swap it it out.

Something I should worry about? Only the amount of adult beverage before sitting down to type about this BIG crack

Yup. It's only expansion and shrinkage, eggs don't have re Mercedes ceramics that heal. It will eventually break. Use the warranty.
