Zuni Bird on the egg has anyone ever?

Have my bird salted to Zuni roast tonight, just wondered if anyone has done a Zuni bird on the egg. Should be easy 500 indirect in cast iron.

Zuni roast chicken, is dry brined, salted several days efore cooking then roasted at 500 leaving an incredibly crispy skin & juicy bird.
