Cooked Mickey's Naked Ham and it is the bomb. All of the family voted it the best ham they have ever had. I sorry their are no pictures but we didn't plan on yesterday being as hectic as it was so the cook didn't start till late in the afternoon. Multiple cooks in the kitchen doing multiple tasks.....the camera just never found it way out to the egg.

I think I'll try one today. I have fixed several Egrets Hams and they were wonderful, but today, I think something different. I have a 8-9 lb spiral will smoke about 275-300 to IT of 140, wonder how long that will take?Lenoir, N.C.
