Bachelor Cook Weekend , Need Suggestions !!!

Family leaving Friday for spring break vacation. I'm unable to join them due to a project at work. Need some ideas of some cooks that I can do over the weekend that will be fun and challenging but only needs to feed one.

    Experiment with different types of wings. Try making new sauces. Try getting crispy skin. Always fun for me to do when home alone.

    Experiment with different items to put in stuffed pork loin.

    i always buy a big a** dry aged ribeye (local grocer will hand cut 45 dry aged) when i fly solo and the wife is off doing something fun its my way to balance the equation.  make sure to take pictures to rub it in.

    I'd cook all the stuff that SWMBO hates but I love.  For me that includes cauliflower, pastrami and cabbage.
