Chipolte Lime Shrimp

Options
First time cooking shrimp on a skewer.

Devained shrimp with tail, marinated in off the shelf chipolte lime sauce.  Skewered with some fresh pineapple.

Frijoles negros with green tomatoes, onion, jalapenios, and sweet peppers.  Served on white rice.

Overall a very successful cook, but a lot of work for a last minute Friday meal.
