They came out good but I need to work on the filling a bit. Maybe less ground beef, more pepperoni and ham and add some onion and ricotta cheese.

Looks good but I would switch ground beef for sausage. I not a fan of ground beef on pizza either.

If I can find some good Italian sausage without the little caraway seeds I'll be giving it a try for sure. We like beef but sausage would definitely add a lot of flavor.

The ricotta was what made these, I did them a couple of weeks ago. Be sure you try it next time

If you are a member, Costco has a passable selection of Italian sausage (Well at least my local one does - they have mild and hot, mixing one of each makes a nice medium) Not noticed any caraway in them.Mr_Bream said:If I can find some good Italian sausage without the little caraway seeds I'll be giving it a try for sure. Did these a few weeks ago and have been bugged to do them again, I'll use the ricotta cheese next time.
