Good Saturday Night Ribs

3-1-1 method turned out some tasty baby back ribs. Night would only be better if Hoosiers were playing!

The pictures are everything on the egg. The picture of the one rack split in two is just dry rub (which I prefer). The other is of sauced racks which my company prefers.
