stuffed tenderloin

Stuffed it with feta and cream cheese and put spinach and green onion in it then wrapped in bacon. Put on indirect around 300 and pulled a little over 140. It was good but don't think I would use onion next time. Might try just chunks of apple and see how that is.

if you are going to try apple throw in a handful of raisens also. it worked well for me last time i did it
