Nice job Griff! Very well deserved accolades. That recipe looks off the hook, off the chain, full throttle!Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

That is so awesome!! I'd love to pick your brain as to how you've managed to promote your blog so quickly. Way to go!!!

Thanks for all the kind words, Guys and sorry I haven't responded earlier. I checked out of work early Friday and haven't been online since.
@Little_Steven - I won't forget about the "little" people, but I doubt they'd let me on food network.
@r270ba - they did contact me and asked for permission first.
@SmokeyPitt - you forgot Shut the Front Door and on a train to flavor town.
@Holepuncher - do you know one? Can I meet him or her?
@BeecaveKitchen - I used to be on a site called FoodBuzz that helped promote among bloggers, but it's no longer around, switched to something else and I quit. Try using RecipeNewz. It will post one pic of your cook, a brief description and will direct other people to your site. A seperate Facebook Page helps. And then I post alot on five seperate bbq forums. It also helps if you are reading other bloggers pages and posting comments on their sites.

By showing your loins I believe you're an inspiration to all of us new guys.
*at this time please put on Josh Groban's "YOU RAISE ME UP".
Like many others I have always been afraid to show my loins on this forum. I've always thought that somehow mine just didn't measure up, that my loins weren't good enough. By posting your loins here on the forum but even more so your website and now a national forum which will reach out across our nation as a beacon of light to those of us that can't seem to get our loins right., you give us hope.
No, I'll never have a blog and am still to insecure to show America my loins but by golly, you've given me the confidence to show my fellow forum members my loins. My loins aren't as special but they are mine and I will embrace them.

Congratulations, Griff!
Keep track of your traffic results after this. I'd love to compare them with you. They used my rib roast post before Christmas and I didn't get as much of a bump as I thought.
But I definitely hope for you and I to get together in person some time this year, even if it is just a few beers during a layover. And hopefully the connecting flights will be delayed, lol.

@NibbleMeThis - it has raked in 979 hits this month. I'm thinking they might have been looking at it in December before making some kind of decision as that was the second highest with 321 hits. Before that it was only averaging around 3 or 4 hits a day.
If you are ever in Dallas, let me know. Would love to hook up and have a beer or 3.
