Made some skirt steak with Oak Ridge BBQ Santa Maria Steak Rub, pretty good stuff.

Very nice. I a guessing this is not fajitas?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.

This and lemons for the past 25+ years. The last few years found I like lemons better than limes.

No fajitas just simple tacos, marinated overnight with the Santa Maria and 2 fresh squeezed limes.

Looks good. For fajitas we have been getting marinaded skirt steak from a local Mexican meat market.
