Need Help and advice!! Gasket coming off in the back?

Green Egg is 2 months old and when you shut the lid the back is rubbing against the lower gasket. See Pictures. How can I adjust? If I get another gasket it will do the same so I need a fix....
Any thoughts?

You can adjust your Lid, (Videos on Youtube) or can go Gasket Less. about 50% of people on this forum dont use gaskets and have'nt for years and seem very happy with the results.
