I am wanting to do some chicken breasts as an easy first cook but what temp do you all cook at? I am thinking around 350.
Thanks,
Andy

That sounds about right for if i was doing them at regular grid height. I usually go raised direct 425 or so.

A nice & relatively easy way: Indirect (platesetter legs up, then grid) at 350 dome temp until internal temp of chicken hits 165.

Cool thanks I cant wait to cook something for the first time.

If you go indirect, treat the egg like an oven. Chicken breasts often done at 400-425, nice crispy skin, boneless/skinless, maybe 400 or so.Indirect like Quinn says.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

I do thick glazed breasts and chicken cordon bleu raised direct at 350 so it doesn't burn the glaze.
