Pigs in a pig blanket

Been bacon crazy since I finished my first batch this week. Today wanted something simple and tasty. Took said bacon, wrapped around all beef dogs (Costco brand) and threw them on indirect for about 30 mins indirect at 400 dome with a chunk of mesquite until the outside was crispy. Simply delicious ate with a steamed bun, a smear of mayo and some wickles pickles relish. The relish is great, a nice tangy spicy mixture unlike any other relish I have had.
