A good day on the coast...weekend actually. Three Chinook salmon (you guys might call them Kings) and 24 Dungeness crab make for quite a feast. There's nothing, in my opinion, better than fresh crab. Salmon marinated in a light teriyaki/soy marinade, crab boiled for 20 minutes then cooked over mesquite coals while the salmon barbecued.

I think I saw that second picture in the Post Office.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
