Saturday night i loaded up my large BGE to the top of the fire ring allowing enough clearance so my PS would sit properly .Lit it hooked up my BBQ guru and set the grid temp @265 . cooked a pork butt almost weighing 12 pounds then couple pounds of fresh keilbasi then a 7pound chuck roast all total burn time from lighting to closing the vents was 27.5 hours give or take a few minutes the photo shows whats left when i looked today to light it for the veggies for dinner . i thought it was pretty impressive myself that i had any left

Looks about right, I did similar cook once and woke up Sunday morning with an egg that was still about 300 after 32 hours. That was using royal oak.

it really is amazing. Did a 16 hour butt a week ago, shut her down. Opened it up friday night to do another 16hr burn....stirred what was left, hit it with the weed burner...literally added a few chunks of hickory, and 4 pieces of wicked good. Burned for 12 hours, cooked at 275. Opened up the top and the bottom to burn off the pork fat from my stone and racks, went for 2 hours at 500+ before starting to fall
