Saturday night i loaded up my large BGE to the top of the fire ring allowing enough clearance so my PS would sit properly .Lit it hooked up my BBQ guru and set the grid temp @265 . cooked a pork butt almost weighing 12 pounds then couple pounds of fresh keilbasi then a 7pound chuck roast all total burn time from lighting to closing the vents was 27.5 hours give or take a few minutes the photo shows whats left when i looked today to light it for the veggies for dinner . i thought it was pretty impressive myself that i had any left
