Smoked Meatballs As Big As Your Head!

Well, not really, but they were pretty dang big.
Smoked on my Egg.
5 pounds of Ground Beef
2 Onions
5 Cloves Garlic
4 Eggs
1 Can of Breadcrumbs
Worsh.... Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Made 9 Huge Meatballs

Tell me more about how they were cooked/smoked.Born and raised in NOLA. Now live in East TN.

Smoked indirect at 300-325 for about 1.5 hours or so until they hit 160 degrees.I kept a foil pan on top of my placesetter and underneath the balls so I didn't have a bunch of grease dropping.Originally, I was going to put my sauce in these pans and let the grease "Flavor" the sauce...but I decided that would add flavor, but just make for a greasy sauce.

Looks real good.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
