Any Great Breakfast Pizza Recipes (Sweet Ones!) ?

We're on staycation. The little guys love anything pizza. The obvious one to cook up is with eggs, bacon, etc. But one of the little guys is allergic to eggs. So, what about 'sweet pizza'? What works well? Butter and cinnamon? Or any sweet recipe? We've had them at the local pizza buffets where they serve anything kid-pizza or dessert pizza that you can imagine, including chocolate frosted pizza, powdered sugar pizza, sugared pizza with apple pie filling, etc. The plan is to try this tomorrow morning. Any good recipes out there? Got a lot of fresh fruit right now, too, that'll lure the wife in, maybe a thin crunchy powder sugar beneigh-like pizza with fresh fruit to make fruit tacos ...... getting carried away here but that's the idea ....!

Since the wife makes theme cakes on the side I asked her to help me gin something up for the little guys this morning. We decided that we'd prototype this in the oven to see how it came out before throwing it on the Egg. We were also a little apprehensive about adding a smokey taste on the Egg to a 'strudel-pizza'. Here goes.We put the pizza stone in the oven and set the controls to bake at 460F. We used a Publix pizza dough, flattened it out as usual and brushed it with butter.

Then she sprinkled on the brown-sugar-whatever mixture you make for Strudel (she said she got it from a Godfather pizza recipe).

Pulled it out of the oven and drizzled icing across the top (keep it clean, folks!).

Voila'! The strudel-pizza was pretty good. Next time might cook a little longer to get a little crispier. And eventually will try on the Egg as dessert pizza after next pizza cook.
