I think there is something wrong with my gasket

I did a clean burn after last weeks pork shoulder, knowing I'd be baking this weekend.  Pizza last night, apple pies this afternoon.  While cooking tonight's chicken, opened the lid and half of the top gasket was hanging free.  Here is what's left.  Going to try going commando for a while.
