Beef Back Ribs on BGE (w/ Photos)

Recently I have had pretty good success with Beef Back Ribs on the BGE. They are pretty cheap and seem to be a little healthier than pork baby backs.
I usually marinate them in a mixture of Worcestershire Sauce and Beef Base at least 3hrs before putting them on the BGE. The cooking temp is 325 for 1.5hrs - 2hrs and they come out pretty tender with a great flavor. You can always foil them and put them back on the BGE if you want them more tender.
I like to finish them off with a Texas Style sauce that is a little spicy without being too sweet.
The photos show the before and after shots and also before any sauce.
Good Luck.

Very nice looking ribs. I also made some last night but they weren't that meaty. I've been trying to locate a source for beef back ribs around here (Lancaster,pa) but without any luck. Where did you get them and what was the price? I paid $2.99 for mine but there wasn't much meat.
Large BGE

One thing I left out, the heat is indirect (use your plate setter).

Shiff, I bought those from Harris Teeter Supermarket in Greenville NC and that rack in the photo cost me approx $8.50. I have also gotten them from Wal-Mart.
