I can't say leftover cochinita, because i still have plenty to go around.
Slightly charred crust, the BGE ran away, but took it out fast.

Now that is a pizza worth pulling out of the fridge about midnight and chomping on.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

I used a new tomato sauce in a can that does not have sugar and its million miles better than the other sauces. I will be sticking to this one since I'm a little lazy on doing my own sauce. I think the brand is RAO Marinara sauce but they have plenty of different sauce`s!FelipeMen, easier fed than understood!!
