Plank steak was a success

Posts: 492
Seared at 600 degrees, rested while temp came down. Cooked at 400 grid temp and pulled at 135 meat temp. Was juicy and more tender than I expected. .

Thought you did a cedar planked steak haha. You can cook flank hot as well
