Hello all.

I had a quick question.  I have looked in several markets in my area, but can't seem to find any baby back ribs.  It might be me, but I did buy some "back" ribs, but they were a lot bigger than what I would expect and most likely were beef?  Anyway, any help is appreciated.

Sams, Costco, your local store. Ask for pork baby back ribs

Baby back ribs go by several names. Check for smaller ribs named stuff like "loin back ribs". Local butcher can point you in the right direction.

back ribs, loin ribs.  should clearly be marked as to whether it is pork or beef, but  beef is red, pork is pink.

if it is in cryovac, then they are likely pork.  never seen a slab of beef loin (back) ribs).
