Brisket (plus a bonus)

10lb packer cooked at 250 for about 10 hrs to 190 temp. Rubbed with Grand Champion(thanks Gary) and cooked with a bottle of Allegro hot and spicy and a can of Shiner Bock and an onion.

AND THE BONUS IS.............. 3lbs of Jumbo head on shrimp boiled in the Allegro, Shiner and all the rendered goodies. My next post will have to wait till after the cops let me go for slapping the dog fire out of my mama.
