Steak and the Egg

Did my first steaks last night. I fully understand that iif there are no pics it didn't happen but just didn't get a chance to take any last night. I can honestly say that it was by far e best steak I have ever had at home. The high heat in the egg makes it taste so good. We did two filets and two ri eyes, one of which was bone-in. Those together with mushrooms done on the egg with the half moon griddle. Also did grilled Caesar salad, you grill halved heads of romaine about 39 seconds on each side. Awesome!
