So I just spent the last hour+ cleaning out my egg and getting it all ready for a double pork butt smoke tomorrow morning. Got all the ash cleaned out and shop vacced it too! Put in new lump with apple chips and hickory chunks spread throughout. Took one step back and looked at that beautiful sight and I JUST COULDN'T HELP IT!!! Now my Egg is lit and I am throwing together burgers. The wife made a run to the grocery to get a few supplements for supper and we are Eggin for supper tonight. Burgers just sound so good and the Egg was just sitting there.........clean and reloaded.........I just couldn't help it! It spoke to me!!!
