New Custom Table and Prime Rib last night!

Just got my custom table delivered last night from Brian at: https://biggreeneggtables.com/
It has a platesetter storage drawer and 2 plastic storage bins as well as a folding side shelf. The craftsmanship is awesome and I couldn't be happier. Here's a closer look at the drawer for the platesetter.
Last night I mad a small 4 bone Prime Rib with Dizzy Pig Cow Lick and some fresh chopped rosemary. Pulled it at 130* and wrapped for 20 minutes before carving it up and serving it with garlic smashed red potatoes and sautéed green beans.

How much did you pay for the table? If you dont mind me asking.Large BGE Dallas, TX

bhugg - I'd have to go back and look. (I ordered it 3 weeks ago) But you can go to his website and price it out with the same options I have. As I recall the Deluxe table starts at around $600 and then I added a couple options including the drawer for the platesetter and I also had him finish it with a natural finish.I almost forgot to add that his prices include fully assembled shipping to your door!

Great looking table and the prime rib looks awesome! I did notice you have a nest that needs an egg, time to buy another egg, lol

Thanks for the nice comments everyone! Brian was a pleasure to deal with and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I can't recommend him enough! http://www.biggreeneggtables.com/The Prime Rib was my first on the egg and my first cook with my brand new Stoker unit. I am amazed at how well these things work.I have no doubt that it controls the BGE temp more accurately than my GE Profile oven does! For the 2 hr and 40 min it was on at 250*, the Stoker held the temp between 248.3* and 252.1* and the 252 was the initial overshoot! Gonna cook some Boston Butts later in the week...yellowdogbbq - I do have my large nest that's empty now. I am thinking about a Small egg for the upcoming football season! We tailgate with friends every weekend and the Small is just the right size to be able to move around.
