Smoking a turkey with stoker and High Que grate

Takeing my first stab at smoking a turkey. I received my stoker last week and the wifi update. And out last night. Based on my previous rib cook I upgraded to the High Que grate. About 4 hours in and that thing has sat at 255 rock solid. Awesome device. Pictures and more details to follow.

May I make a suggestion for your next cook.13lb turkey, spatchcocked, direct at 400 raised. about 1.5 hours.
Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.
