Last night's cook -- RibEyes and Fingerling potatoes. I parboiled the potatoes and then tossed them with butter, garlic, salt & pepper.

Thanks guys!@smokesniffer -- I parboiled fingerling potatoes, skewered them, and tossed them on the cooker. In a saucepan I melted butter and sautéed several cloves of chopped garlic. Once the potatoes had a nice char, I tossed them with butter/garlic mixture and added "Krazy Jane" - http://www.janeskrazy.comI like to add fresh herbs when I have them in the house.I'm Kristi ~ Live in FL ~ BGE since 2003.

Krazy Jane is a great spice. It is a staple in my spice cabinet. I started using it when my father in law told me it was his secret spice when doing collards.
Meal looks great @NecessaryIndulg!!!Columbia, SC --- LBGE 2011 -- MINI BGE 2013 -

Look forward to seeing your meal. Simply use salt, pepper, minced garlic and fresh herbs (rosemary or tarragon?) -- it'll be delicious & romantic!I'm Kristi ~ Live in FL ~ BGE since 2003.
