Boudin Burgers

Don't how many of you have access to boudin (cajun style link with a rice dressing inside) but the other day I tried some boudin burgers. Super simple!
I used 2 lbs ground chuck to 2 smoked links. Around here they come in these little two packs. Remove the casing from the boudin and crumble the dressing mixture into the meat. Season and cook as usual. Very good with the smoke flavor from the boudin. To tell you the truth it doesn't need a lot of extra seasoning.

Got some smoked boudin from Best Stop in Scott, LA so Im going to give this a try.
