    i found pinwheels to be a strange cook on a grill. seems like it should be done as a roast and sliced as a pin wheel. have donr them when they were bought for me cut that way though. here is what i did

    sear to crust everything from falling apart in a cast iron pan

    I get pinwheels at a local place here. What I am getting is prime sirloin trims. Pretty darn good.
