Overnight cook temperature question

Hooter

Been cooking on the BGE for 15 years, have done a slew of overnight cooks and now have "the question" for the first time. I made the mistake of going to bed with the dome therm saying 210 and rising, with a BBQ guru set up for 275. Checked at 6:00 am this morning and dome was at 200. Meat is 123. I don't have a schedule or anything so I can ramp up the temp and cook for another 10 hours if necessary. Do ya'll think the meat is ok? Outside temperature has been around 40.
Cheers,
Scott

The egg temp stayed well above the safe range so you should be fine. At this point you are making a huge hunk of jerky :-)
Bump the temp and finish the cook.

Thanks Crimsongator. Got it ramped up to about 260 now.
