Turkey Cooking Times and Temp - 20lb Bird
Options
What is the best recommended temp and time to smoke a 20lb Turkey? I'm planning to use a temp of 350 at 15min per pound. Any suggestions? It will be soaked in a brine solution.

A guy did a poll on the old forum and the times were pretty much 12 to 15 minutes per pound at 325.
