dealer has stopped carrying the egg! HELP

Hi all, I am in Vancouver Canada and the idiot dealer has stopped carrying the egg. My fire ring and my the top ring as well as the charcoal grate are cracked. What do I do to have them replaced

Contact "The Grill Guys" in Newmarket, ON. They are the Canadian distributor. They have been looking after me since my dealer sold the business.
