Spatchcocking two chicken (fryers) from my local butcher. One seasoned with Weber's Kickin Chicken and the other with a greek seasoning from a local restaurant. Raised direct at 425 sound good. My wife likes her chicken try so I'm going to pull @ 165 breast temp.
